What is Coaching?

Coaching is an ongoing partnership aimed at providing the client with a supportive, non-judgmental ally who guides, directs and motivates the client through a process of self-understanding and change. Coaches do not give advice. Rather, they steer clients to look within themselves and make the choice to live an intentional, self-designed
life. Coaching is especially helpful in situations involving personal discovery and improvement, important decision-making, problem-solving, getting “unstuck”, achieving life balance, planning for or progressing through career and/or life transitions, improving relationships, and enhancing performance. Coaching can be done in person or over the phone. The client determines the agenda for the coaching session based upon their needs. Sessions are typically scheduled for thirty minutes to an hour in length, on a weekly or biweekly basis, over a period of three or more months.

We conduct & interpret 360° assessments, provide team building programs, facilitate meetings, and host your onsite Brown Bag Lunches addressing Balancing Career/Home, Holistic Lifestyles, Career Success, and other topics of business interest.

Speakers – We are available for speaking engagements with local clubs and organizations.
